I’m Rema Merrick, a passionate supporter and advocate for organizations that serve and support the people within their communities. My goal is to inspire employees to commit to the organization’s cause and mission by providing eLearning solutions that promote an environment of value and respect.
My 17-year experience in the customer-focused, regulated commercial airline industry gives me a unique approach to employee training. As an instructional designer and eLearning developer for American Airlines, I worked with stakeholders across the organization to find learning solutions to build an engaged, customer-focused workforce. I collaborated with subject matter experts, project managers, graphic designers and programmers to develop online and face-to-face employee training for over 100,000 aviation employees.
As an expert in the eLearning industry, I hold a bachelor of arts degree in Applied Psychology and a master of science degree in Instructional Technology. I use this educational background and experience to design turn-around solutions that help organizations to thrive.
