- Planned and developed software demonstration in Articulate Storyline 360 to show users how to create and upload SCORM-compliant course content to MoodleCloud platform (2018).
- Reduced new-hire on-boarding time by designing and developing 45-minute, eLearning module in Adobe Captivate for social service organization. Structured module using Robert Gagne’s Conditions of Learning (2018).
