  • Planned and developed software demonstration in Articulate Storyline 360 to show users how to create and upload SCORM-compliant course content to MoodleCloud platform (2018).
  • Reduced new-hire on-boarding time by designing and developing 45-minute, eLearning module in Adobe Captivate for social service organization. Structured module using Robert Gagne’s Conditions of Learning (2018).
  • Led design and development of 24-module interactive, mobile-compatible Adobe Captivate project for 26,000 users using Bloom’s Taxonomy model and Ruth Clark’s design approach. Assisted with technical support to troubleshoot LMS-related issues and research product improvement (2017).
  • Designed and developed four-part learning solution to support company’s migration to new LMS: five Adobe Captivate software simulation modules, facilitator and student guides and a 200-page technical resource guide. Used the ADDIE model to develop the training and incorporated Gagne’s nine-events of instruction (2015).
