ABOUT THE COURSE

This 30-minute scenario-based course targets managers who must have a difficult conversation with an employee. It presents a realistic work problem that the user has to solve. It allows users to make mistakes and learn from those mistakes by providing realistic consequences to the users’ choice(s). This course uses Ruth Clark’s evidence-based method for creating branching, scenario-based e-Learning.

I created this non-linear (branching) course in Adobe Captivate, where each decision made by the user takes them to a unique outcome.
